Payment is expected upon completion of your move unless you’ve arranged different terms with us in advance. This means when our crew finishes unloading at your new location and you’re satisfied with the service, it’s time to settle up.

If you need to arrange alternative payment terms—perhaps for a large commercial move or special circumstances—contact us before moving day. We’re reasonable people and can often work something out, but these arrangements must be made ahead of time, not after the move is complete.
