Our crew includes off-duty firefighters and trusted local movers who bring reliability and care to every job. The rates below cover labor, equipment, and our commitment to handling your belongings with the same respect we’d want for our own.

We don’t charge extra for weekend moves, and we provide detailed estimates during consultation so you can budget accurately. From standard residential moves to commercial relocations, our pricing structure accommodates various needs while keeping costs manageable.

Our most common service includes two professional movers and one truck at $165 per hour. This rate covers the crew’s labor, use of our well-equipped moving truck, and all standard moving equipment like dollies, furniture pads, and straps. Most local moves in Lexington fall into this category.

Need additional help for a larger home or tight timeline? Additional movers are available at $65 per hour each. A three-person crew often completes moves faster, which can actually reduce overall costs while making the process more efficient.

For customers who have their own truck or moving container, we offer labor-only service at $130 per hour for two movers, plus $65 per hour for each additional crew member. This option works well for those who’ve rented a truck but need professional help with the heavy lifting, loading, and securing of items.

Every move includes a one-time operation charge of $50 per truck. This covers our preparation, travel time to your location, and ensuring our trucks are properly equipped for your move. It’s a standard fee that applies whether you’re in Lexington or Nicholasville.

For moves outside of Lexington and Nicholasville, we charge $2 per mile for round-trip mileage. This covers fuel and vehicle wear for travel to more distant locations. We calculate this based on the actual distance to ensure fair pricing.

If you’re using our labor-only service without a truck but need access to our professional moving equipment like dollies, furniture pads, and straps, there’s a $25 equipment charge. This ensures you have the proper tools even when you’re providing your own transportation.

Professional packing and organizing services are billed separately at $65 per hour per packer or organizer, plus a $50 project fee and the cost of any supplies used. This service is ideal for those who want expert help preparing for their move or organizing their new space.

Our packing supplies are priced individually and include everything from various box sizes to specialty packing materials. We provide a detailed supplies price list during consultation so you understand all costs upfront.

What you see is what you pay. We don’t add surprise fees for stairs, weekends, or other common situations that some moving companies charge extra for. Our hourly rate includes the full service our crew provides during your move.

We do charge a 3% processing fee for debit and credit card payments. Cash and business checks are also accepted. Payment is due upon completion of your move unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
